Beginner Agility – 2 Levels of Fun

Dogs and their owners are introduced to the different agility obstacles, run little sequences and eventually courses. Leash is used only as needed; most work is done off the leash. In each level students will be introduced to the different handling techniques, while continuing to progress with all agility equipment and running courses.

Notes: Please bring your dog’s favorite toy or tug, tasty smelly treats to work in distracted environment, and a plastic lid (like a Pringles can, sour cream lid). Please bring your dog in on a FLAT collar (no pinch or choke chains) and on a 6 -8 ft leash (no flexi-leads).

Prerequisites:

  • Dogs must be at least 6 months old
  • Current on DHPP, Rabies, and Bordetella (proof from veterinarian required)
